My name is Bob Mitchell, I am the owner of J.E.M. Plumbing, based in Mokena, Illinois. I am a second-generation union plumber with 30 years of experience in residential plumbing in the south suburbs of Chicago.
Beginning working for my father years ago, it has always been our family philosophy to do work right the first time, and to complete a job for a customer with the same care and attention to detail that we would use in our own home. This philosophy helped us to grow our other family business, Steamboat Hotdogs, prior to selling that business a few years back. A lot of people we’ve fed over twenty years are the same folks that trust us to complete plumbing services in their homes.
I am a total perfectionist. I’m the plumber you want running gas to the fireplace in a room with white carpeting…the one you want running that final line of caulk in your new luxury shower.
